1.   Intoxicating beverages will not be permitted.

2.   Hunting or trapping will not be permitted without written permission.

3.  Any unlawful activity will not be permitted.

4.  The house, barn and garage near the entrance and the yard adjacent to the same is private property       and considered off limits and the privacy of the occupants is to be respected.

5.   All tress, shrubs and flowers are to be left in the same condition as found.

6.   The building's, all furniture and other furnishings are to be used, enjoyed and respected and left in same condition as found.

7.   The garbage and trash containers are furnished and it is requested they be used as marked and left covered. Please place any refuse in dumpster.

8.   All water faucets, lights and electric stove are to be turned off before departure.

9.   All doors are to be closed and locked upon departure.

10. This facility is to be used and enjoyed but respected with knowledge it is a church property. The fees are based on normal cleaning following its use and not on maintenance or replacement factors.

11. Liability:

           A. Tenant or user agrees to accept premises as is when signing agreement.

           B. Tenant further agrees to assume liability for their own actions that may cause any injury,

                disability or death to anyone while on the premises during the term of this rental.

           C. Tenant also agrees to be liable for any damage to buildings or premises caused by their

                negligence.
